Delivery

Once orders have been made by customers, Dyel Concepts Pte Ltd is unable to rectify any orders or consolidate orders which have been made separately. When placing orders, do ensure that the correct sizes and colors are selected and full addresses with postal code have to be provided.

Orders received will be processed within 5 business days when payment is verified. Delivery will be carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). Dyel Apparel Pte Ltd will not be liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer opt for normal / regular postage.

Defective Item

In the event that you received a defective piece, please inform us via email at enquiries@dyeldesign.com. All exchanges have to be received within 10 working days from the day the item purchased was delivered. Exchange will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition and with Invoice reference number (hang tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for items which do not meet the mentioned conditions will be rejected.

Variance : ** There may be an average of 0.5” – 1” variance in our stated measurements.
In such cases, the difference will not be considered a defect.

All exchanges will be handled via mail or customer may request for a pick up at our office / outlet if preferred.

Customers are highly recommended to mail back the defected item to us via registered mail.
We will not be liable for loss mail sent via normal mail.
** Please note: No exchanges is allowed for Sale items.

We will not be held liable or answerable in the event that our merchandise was purchased from a third party merchant. We will not entertain any request of exchanges if the item was not purchased directly from www.dyeldesign.com.

Returns

Dyel Concepts Pte Ltd does not entertain return of any items due to customer’s change of mind.

Payment

Dyel Concepts products can be purchased thru PAYPAL.

Products / Product Care

Individual computer colors may differ thus colours of products may appear slightly different from actual products.

There may be an average of 0.5” – 1” variance in our stated measurements. In such cases, the difference should not be considered as a defected product.

Please take note color run may happen time to time onto other garments so please do be careful.

Dyel apparels are recommended to be hand-washed.
Low heat ironing, iron on reverse side of apparel or place a cloth over the apparel before ironing is recommended.

Dyel Concepts Pte Ltd reserve the right to make alterations and amendments to any Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
