We engaged Dyel through the renovation quotation form on their website. Our designer, Ryan, reached out to us the next day to introduce himself and start to gather info on our renovation needs. Over the next month or so we met up on six occasions to further refine our thoughts and bounce design ideas off of each other. Ryan was able to take that tangled web of ideas and put together some beautiful renderings that we fell in love with.

It was at that point that we signed the contract and the renovation process really began. Ryan and our project manager, Evelyn, did a great job of keeping us updated every step of the way. They had every step covered. There was very little legwork required from us.

Ryan introduced us to a number of good contractors to cover additional items such as electrical works, plumbing, lighting, etc. Everything seemed to come together like magic, and on our scheduled move-in date we received the keys to an amazing home.

The craftsmanship of the home is top notch. We have been extremely pleased with the results. Like any project, we did discover some minor defects. However, Ryan and Evelyn are always quick to respond and address the issues. We would highly recommend the team at Dyel to anyone in the market for a home renovation.
